Our coffee starts with the farmers who grow, cultivate, and pick the finest quality beans on the hillsides of Chiapas and Oaxaca, Mexico. We roast these beans ourselves in BC with our prototype roasters which were built to ensure the distinctive taste and characteristic of the coffee beans are preserved.
